ABOUT

Welcome to Earth Vision Studios—

where Visionary Design meets the Living Earth

You carry a vision for a world that is kinder, more sustainable, and deeply in harmony with nature. It’s a vision that stays with you, not just because you’re restless, but because you feel the weight of what’s possible—and the frustration of how far we currently are from it.

You have the wisdom, the resources, and the drive to create real change, but you feel like you’re carrying a blueprint for a future that has nowhere to land. Your professional expertise, your spiritual calling, and your deep care for the Earth feel like disconnected fragments. You’re tired of "business as usual," and you’re left wondering: How do I bridge this gap? How do I move from observing the fractures in our world to actually building the foundation for something better?

You’re not looking for a faster ladder. You’re looking for a way to ground your impact so that your vision becomes a living, breathing reality.

If that sounds like you, you’re exactly where you need to be.

Let's Take a Breath and Honor the Vision You Carry

If you’re feeling this way, I want you to know something important: you aren't lost, and you aren't struggling because you’re doing something wrong. You’re struggling because you’ve outgrown the frameworks that were never designed to hold the kind of vision you’re carrying.

It is completely natural to feel the friction between the world as it is and the world you know we’re capable of creating. That ache you feel isn't a sign that you’re broken—it’s a sign that your intuition is working exactly as it should. You’ve been trying to fit a soul-led vision into a structure that wasn’t built to support it, and it makes total sense that you’d feel exhausted.

You don't need to try harder or force your ideas into boxes that don't fit. You just need a new way to ground them.

Take a deep breath. You’re in a place now where your desire for harmony and your need for practical, structural integrity can finally speak the same language. You don't have to carry the blueprint alone anymore, and you certainly don't have to choose between your impact and your spirit. We can build this in a way that’s as steady as it is soulful. You’re right where you need to be.

HELLO CHANGE-MAKER!

Meet Lisa, our Founder

My own path to this work didn’t start with a simple choice, but with a long, slow convergence of experiences. For years, I navigated the world of professional structural engineering, solving complex challenges with precision and logic. Yet, alongside that analytical life, I was nurturing a deep, quiet ministry and a commitment to healing and nature.

For a long time, these parts of me felt like separate rooms. But as I witnessed the fractures in our world—and felt the limitations of systems that prioritized speed over sustainability—I realized that the precision of engineering and the wisdom of spirit aren't opposites. They are actually the two halves of a bridge.

I’ve spent my life studying how we build, how we live, and how we recover when things fall apart. I know the frustration of having a vision that feels too large for the current landscape, and I know what it’s like to try to push a soul-led dream through systems that weren’t built to hold it.

I don't offer you a quick fix. I offer you a way to integrate your own experience. My work is about helping you take the profound, beautiful, and sometimes messy ideas you carry and giving them a structure that can actually sustain them. I’ve walked the path of bridging that gap, and I am here to help you do the same—steadily, thoughtfully, and with a clear eye on the world we’re working to create.

Visionary engineer and passionate advocate for harmonizing science, engineering, spirituality, and nature to create safe resilient spaces that inspire, heal, and sustain

If we were to sit down for a conversation, you’d quickly see that I’m someone who lives in the space where logic meets soul. Some of what matters to me:

I believe in the power of 'and.': You don't have to choose between being a rigorous, analytical thinker and a deeply intuitive, spiritual woman. I’ve spent my life living in both rooms, and I believe that’s exactly where the most resilient solutions are found.

What I value deeply: Stewardship. We are all building things that are meant to last, and I believe we have a responsibility to build them in a way that honours the earth and the people who call it home.

What I’m done with: The idea that sustainability is just a checklist. I’m done with the performative, one-size-fits-all approaches that treat our impact as a box to be ticked rather than a way of life to be embodied. We need more than just compliance; we need a fundamental shift in how we build and exist in this world.

What I’m passionate about: Helping women find the "quiet power" in their work. I love the moment a vision finally stops feeling like a weight and starts feeling like a structure you’re actually capable of building.

A little truth: I’m most at home when I’m in nature, observing how trees root themselves to weather the storm. It reminds me that the most resilient things in life usually start by growing downward and inward before they ever reach for the sky.

She now partners with visionary women to help them navigate the complex transition from having a "big idea" to building a sustainable, resilient foundation. Whether teaching in the classroom or guiding a founder through their own strategic expansion, Lisa is committed to helping leaders design work that is as steady as it is soulful.

When she isn’t helping others build their blueprints for the future, Lisa can be found immersed in nature, drawing on its expansive beauty and the quiet, undeniable truth that we are all one. It is a constant reminder that the most significant impacts are always built on a foundation of integrity, steady growth, and a deep connection to the living world around us.

When you step into this space, you’ll find that we don’t rush. We move at the speed of clarity, not the speed of urgency.

My approach is built on a simple philosophy: that your most profound work needs a container as steady as it is soulful. When we work together, I’m not here to tell you how to change who you are to fit into an existing mold. Instead, I’m here to help you examine the structure of your own vision, identifying what holds it, what weighs it down, and what it needs to truly flourish.

You can expect our conversations to be both analytical and intuitive. We’ll look at your plans with the precision of an engineer, but we’ll hold them with the tenderness of a steward who knows that what you are building is a service to the Earth.

It feels like having someone by your side who knows how to hold the tension between "this is a beautiful dream" and "this is a tangible, working reality." It is quiet, focused, and deeply intentional. You’ll find that the weight of the work starts to shift—from something you feel you have to carry alone, to something we are carefully, step by step, bringing into the light.

You’ll leave our time together feeling less like you’re trying to force something into existence, and more like you’re finally building on ground that is solid, nourishing, and uniquely your own.

At Earth Vision Studios, we believe in creating safe resilient spaces that harmonize with nature, fostering sustainability, beauty, and connection. Our mission is to empower visionary organizations, individuals, and communities to co-create regenerative, climate-resilient, mindful, and soulful built environments that inspire well-being and elevate quality of life. Guided by our belief that aesthetics, functionality, and ecology should seamlessly integrate, we design environments where humanity thrives in balance with the natural world.

We envision a future where science and spirituality unite to craft a new paradigm of harmonious living. By thoughtfully considering how built environments interact with nature and the people within them, we create spaces that uplift the spirit, nurture health, and inspire creativity. We believe that a well-designed space not only serves its purpose but also feeds the soul, allowing individuals to align with their highest potential and healthiest selves.

Central to our philosophy is the power of visioning. Taking the time to slow down, connect, and envision before building is transformative. We encourage our clients to explore their dreams, values, and connections to community and nature. Through this process, we help them articulate what makes them feel most alive and fulfilled. By starting from this intentional, soulful place, we create spaces that are not only functional but also innovative, meaningful, and deeply personal. At Earth Vision Studios, we transform dreams into vibrant, regenerative realities.
